General Information
- Rollok doors are designed to be virtually maintenance free.
- Torsion spring units are counterbalanced to remain open when lifted.
- Damage caused by forcing, slamming, or obstruction is not covered under warranty.
Care & Cleaning
- Clean doors using a non-corrosive cleaner such as Windex.
- Do not apply lubricants to any part of the door, guide rails, or tracks.
Proper Operation
- Lift the door with steady, controlled motion when opening.
- Do not throw or forcefully lift the door open.
- Do not forcefully slam the manual torsion spring operated unit when closing, as this may cause injury or damage.
Rail Safety
- Do not place objects inside the guide rails or tracks.
- Keep guide rails and tracks clear of debris at all times.
- Obstructions can cause damage to the unit.
